1. Introduction

These Supplier Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between EVENTAT and its vendors & suppliers. By registering as a supplier, bidding on tenders, or providing goods and services, you agree to these terms.

2. Vendor Registration & Approval

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

• Hold a valid business license in Saudi Arabia or the country of operation
• Provide proof of expertise in the relevant service category
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the respective industry
• Maintain a good reputation with no legal disputes or contract violations

2.2 Required Documents

• Trade License & Commercial Registration Certificate
• VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable)
• Company Portfolio & Previous Work References
• Bank Account Details for Payments

Failure to provide valid documents will result in rejection of the supplier application.

3. Purchase Orders & Contractual Agreements

3.1 Purchase Order (PO) Policy

• No work or supply of goods should commence without a formal Purchase Order (PO) from EVENTAT.
• The PO will outline scope, pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
• Verbal or email approvals will NOT be considered as valid authorization.

3.2 Contractual Obligations

• Suppliers must fulfill all obligations outlined in the signed contract or PO.
• Any deviation from agreed terms must be communicated in writing and approved by EVENTAT.
• Suppliers must comply with all Saudi regulations and labor laws.

4. Quality Standards & Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

4.1 Product & Service Quality

• All products/services must meet industry standards and regulatory compliance.
• No substandard, defective, or counterfeit goods will be accepted.
• All event services must be executed with professionalism & efficiency.

4.2 Delivery & Performance SLA

• Timely delivery of goods/services – Delays may result in penalties.
• Professional conduct & customer service is mandatory.
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) compliance is required.

Recurring quality issues may lead to contract termination.
