Privacy Policy

Effective date: 26 October 2026 · Eventat Ltd (شركة إفنتات المحدودة), Saudi Arabia. This policy explains how we handle personal data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

1. What we collect

  • Contact and quote forms: name, mobile number, email, company, and the details you write about your event or booth.
  • WhatsApp, phone and email: the messages and contact details you send us.
  • Supplier and job applications: the information and documents you submit.
  • Website usage: basic technical data such as pages visited, device and browser, collected through cookies (see section 6).

2. Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations.
  • To deliver and manage the services you order.
  • To register and evaluate suppliers and job applicants.
  • To improve our website and services.
  • To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We send marketing messages only where you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

3. Who we share it with

  • Our staff who handle your request, and sister companies within MAS United Holding where needed to deliver the service.
  • Service providers that host or support our systems (for example our ERP and website platform), under confidentiality obligations.
  • Government authorities where the law requires it.

4. Where it is stored

Your data is stored in our business systems, hosted on Odoo.sh, the cloud platform of Odoo S.A. Where data is stored or transferred outside the Kingdom, we do so only as the PDPL and its regulations allow.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects: 24 months. Client and project records: as long as needed for the contract and legal record-keeping. Applicant data: 12 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

6. Cookies

The website uses essential cookies to work and analytics cookies to understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPL you can ask to be informed about how your data is used, access a copy, correct it, or have it deleted when it is no longer needed. Contact us using the details below; we respond within the period the law requires.

8. Security

We use access controls and secure systems to protect your data. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version and its effective date are always on this page.
