Terms and Conditions

Service Provider: Eventat Plus LTD Company, specialized in organizing exhibitions and conferences (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).
Client: The individual or entity contracting with the Company for event organization services.

Eventat Plus LTD Company (hereinafter referred to as “the Service Provider”) is committed to providing the services specified in the invoice in accordance with the previously agreed-upon details.
The Service Provider has the right to make any modifications or additions to the scope of services based on the Client’s request after approval, reserving the right to impose additional charges as a result.

The Client is required to pay the total due amount based on the agreed payment method. In case of non-compliance with the agreed payment mechanism, the Company is not obligated to proceed with the execution.
Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Service Provider’s account as per the following details:

- Currency: Saudi Riyal

In case of event cancellation, the amount is non-refundable, except in cases considered as force majeure.

Any changes or revisions to the provided proposal must be in writing. Additional fees will apply according to the nature of the requested modifications.

The Service Provider is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters or unforeseen incidents.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that the entire event is adequately insured.
The Client is responsible for obtaining the necessary permits for the installation and operation of the venue.
The Client is fully responsible for providing electrical power at the venue.

Both the Service Provider and the Client commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all contract-related information and data, and not disclosing it to any third party without prior written consent from the other party.

Eventat Plus LTD Company retains all intellectual property rights related to the designs and ideas presented under this contract.

All parties must comply with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses required for the event.

Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations under this contract due to circumstances beyond their control, including natural disasters or emergency events.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Acceptance of this quotation constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

In case of partial or full damage to the equipment while in the Client’s possession, the Client is obligated to pay the actual value of the product at the time of damage. If the Client continues to possess the product after the damage occurs, they bear the current market value of the product as determined by the Company, based on its system-recorded evaluation. The Service Provider reserves the right to take necessary actions to recover these due amounts.
In case of delays or extensions after the Client has been notified of the payment obligation, the daily rate will be automatically calculated and added directly to the due amount. This is considered prior consent from the Client regarding the previous rates, and the Client is obligated to pay the additional amount resulting from the delay.
Correspondence via email and WhatsApp is considered digital proof and an inseparable part of this contract.
